With the set of moldings, we recreated the facade. The space allowed us to make a clear and orderly product distribution. Walking through the stall from right to left, we find the high-end pastry showcases of cakes and chocolates.
Over seven meters of a porcelain countertop display all the bakery and oven products. We utilized the corner by creating a bar from the same porcelain where customers can take a break. On the secondary street, we arranged the fridges for takeaway food.
In addition to the main street access, we created another entrance to the stall from the secondary street, where there is also a pickup window for home delivery. Inside, we can find two central display shelves for products and work tables made of the same countertop material as the rest of the stall, thus unifying the interior and exterior.
Regarding the lighting, we used hidden lighting distributed in the work areas to prevent shadows on the products. At the bar, there are hanging lamps, and outside, lanterns.
Con el conjunto de molduras, recreamos la fachada. El espacio nos permitió hacer una distribución clara y ordenada de los productos. Al recorrer el puesto de derecha a izquierda, encontramos las vitrinas de pastelería de alta gama con pasteles y chocolates.
Más de siete metros de una encimera de porcelana exhiben todos los productos de panadería y horno. Utilizamos la esquina creando una barra de la misma porcelana donde los clientes pueden tomarse un descanso. En la calle secundaria, colocamos los refrigeradores para comida para llevar.
Además del acceso principal desde la calle, creamos otra entrada al puesto desde la calle secundaria, donde también hay una ventana de recogida para entregas a domicilio. En el interior, podemos encontrar dos estanterías centrales de exhibición de productos y mesas de trabajo hechas del mismo material de la encimera que el resto del puesto, unificando así el interior y el exterior.
En cuanto a la iluminación, usamos iluminación oculta distribuida en las áreas de trabajo para evitar sombras sobre los productos. En la barra, hay lámparas colgantes, y en el exterior, faroles.
